- You want a clinician's judgement written into the narrative. UKExpertMedical's midwives and nurses, or Sancus's investigators, bring human pattern-recognition to ambiguous or badly scanned notes. Med-Legal reports what the records say and flags what it could not read; it does not interpret.
- You need the records obtained for you. Med-Legal works on records you already hold.
- Your firm requires supplier certifications on paper. MedBrief states ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials Plus; Clinco states Cyber Essentials. Med-Legal does not currently hold those certificates. What it does: processes records on servers in the European Union under UK GDPR, deletes original uploads shortly after processing, and publishes its data handling at /security.
